FlightSimExpo 2024 — North America’s largest gathering of flight simulation enthusiasts — is taking place at the Rio Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada from June 21-23, and the Microsoft Flight Simulator team will be there!
We’re so excited to meet simmers from all around the world in-person at the Expo, but we also know many of you are unable to make the trip to Vegas. Whether you’ll be at the event in Las Vegas or following the various seminars and announcements from the comfort of your home, this post will outline everything you need to know to make the most of FSExpo 2024!
The Microsoft Flight Simulator Booth
On the convention show floor, you can find the Microsoft Flight Simulator team at Booth #502. We have the biggest display at the expo, so it’ll be impossible to miss us! Our booth will be open to visitors all day Saturday and Sunday.
At our booth, you’ll have the opportunity to meet many members of the MSFS team and discuss all things related to flight simulation with us. We love meeting members of our player community and learning more about what excites you, so don’t be shy about approaching us, introducing yourself, and striking up a conversation!
To bring our display to life, we have collaborated with a fantastic group of product vendors to give all FSExpo attendees a hands-on experience with a variety of top-tier flight sim hardware. While at our booth, you’ll be able to demo these products from the following vendors:

Landing Challenges
While visiting the MSFS booth, be sure to try your hand at several different Landing Challenges we’ll be running throughout the weekend. The top scorer at the end of each session will receive a fabulous prize compliments of our hardware partners Elgato, Next Level Racing, and Thrustmaster! Microsoft Flight Simulator Presentations
The Microsoft Flight Simulator team will be hosting two presentations over the weekend. For those who aren’t attending FSExpo in-person, both sessions will be streamed live as they happen on both our official Twitch channel and official YouTube channel. Be sure to follow one or both channels so you’ll be notified when the sessions start. We wish to offer our sincere thanks to the FlightSimExpo organizers for allowing us to stream these sessions to the many simmers around the world who wouldn’t otherwise be able to see these presentations.

Whether you’re making the trip to Las Vegas to attend FSExpo 2024 in-person or watching the presentations from home, this is going to be an intensely exciting weekend for flight sim fans the world over! Our team has been hard at work for the past several months planning our booth exhibits and seminar presentations, and we’re thrilled that the expo is nearly here.
