As we mentioned last week, our next Developer Livestream is scheduled for Wednesday, September 25 at 1730 UTC! During this broadcast, our panel of Jorg, Seb, and Martial will share more details about Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024. Since the initial reveal trailer at the Xbox Games Showcase in June 2023, we have been collecting the most frequently asked questions from the flight sim community, and we’re very excited to start answering some of your top requests for more information!
As always, we will also be taking questions from live viewers during the event. You can watch the Developer Livestream on our official Twitch channel, or, if you’re unable to watch the broadcast as it occurs, we will also post the video to our YouTube channel within a day or two of the original broadcast.

Community Fly-In Friday
The Community Fly-In Friday World Tour continues!
Picking up from beautiful Innsbruck where we ended the last stage, we’ll depart on a generally westerly heading to reach the capitals of two more countries, Liechtenstein and Switzerland! Despite being a sovereign nation, Liechtenstein does not have an airport of its own, so out flight plan will have us fly over the capital city of Vaduz instead of landing there.
We will then continue onwards to scenic Switzerland, with a touch and go at Zurich before arriving at the Swiss capital of Bern for our full stop landing.

Whilst Microsoft Flight Simulator (2020) will continue to receive updates and be supported after the launch of Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, YouTuber Soup Guy has created a farewell video to MSFS 2020, as they plan to create all future content in MSFS 2024.
An impeccably edited video, we thoroughly enjoyed watching this homage to the simulator and cant wait to see what Soup Guy has in store with their creations in MSFS 2024!
